I can’t say enough good things about Kern Motor Company. I originally brought my vehicle in because of a lifter failure in the engine. They completed the repair, but about two weeks later, I unfortunately experienced another issue with the engine.
What really impressed me was how Kern Motor Company handled the situation. They went above and beyond to make everything right and made sure I was completely taken care of. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
It’s easy to judge a business when everything goes perfectly, but I believe you really learn what kind of company you’re dealing with when something unexpected happens. Kern Motor Company stepped up, stood behind their service, and earned my trust.
Because of the way they treated me and handled the entire situation, they now have a new and loyal customer. I highly recommend Kern Motor Company to anyone looking for a dealership and service department that genuinely cares about its customers.

My wife and I are very satisfied with Kern Motor Co. Every time we are there everybody treats us very well. Our sales person was very nice and he wasn't pushy and he let us test drive one vehicle and the other he said we could drive around in the parking lot. The reason for driving in the parking lot was because they just got the vehicle in and it hadn't been checked out yet.
I would recommend Kern Motor to anyone looking for a vehicle.
