well to begin with it took over a week to fix the truck. no loner vehicle. fixed the recall though. they did reduce the charge. only hope it's not an ongoing problem. only had truck a year and costing me this much money. if this keeps up I'm trading the GMC and it won't be here. service manager, great guy. very friendly. 2023 GMC, low miles. shouldn't have this problem.

My brand new $ 110,000.00 car has had injectors fail twice with 500 misfires. Dealer said it going to continue happen more often. I want my money back or a 2026 model. It’s that simple. First happened at 100o miles then around 2900 miles. Currently gave it back to me saying it will happen again. Going to have to get my attorney involved unless I get a new car under the lemon law

I recently scheduled my first maintenance appointment with Kyle in the service department. During the call, I mentioned that over the past month we had noticed a rattling or squeaking noise—similar to the sound of Styrofoam rubbing together—coming from the area around the dash entertainment screen. When I arrived to drop off my 2025 2500HD Denali diesel, Kyle greeted me, checked in the vehicle, and personally came out to understand exactly where the issue was coming from. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire interaction. What stood out most was his genuine interest in resolving the issue—he took the time to discuss it in detail so he could accurately relay the concern to the service technician. Kyle followed up the next day to let me know the scheduled maintenance was completed. However, he suggested booking a second appointment so the technicians could dedicate more time to properly investigate the dash noise. This was my first experience with the Kerns Service Department, and if Kyle is any indication of the overall team, they’ve earned my loyalty for as long as I own this vehicle. He could have easily dismissed the issue or said nothing was found, but instead, he went above and beyond to ensure it would be properly addressed. The truck is scheduled to go back in this week to further diagnose the dash issue, but based on this experience, I’m confident the service department is more than capable of handling it.
